"Client" refers to any person or company requesting courier services. "Goods" refers to the items being transported.

2. Agreement to Terms
By using our courier services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any variation must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Services Provided
The Company provides courier services for parcels and documents within the United Kingdom. All services are subject to availability and operational constraints.

4. Booking and Confirmation
A booking is confirmed when the Company provides written confirmation via email or other agreed communication.

5. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as agreed upon invoicing. The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds are subject to the Company’s discretion and may be subject to administration fees.

7. Liability for Loss or Damage
The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to a maximum of the service charge unless additional insurance is arranged.

8. Excluded Goods
The Company does not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items prohibited by law.

9. Delivery Times
While the Company strives for timely delivery, it does not guarantee specific delivery times unless explicitly agreed upon.

10. Client Responsibilities
The Client must ensure that the Goods are adequately packaged and labeled for safe transport.

11. Company Rights
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery request at its discretion.

12. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

13. Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints must be submitted in writing within seven days of the service. The Company aims to resolve disputes amicably.

14. Confidentiality
All information provided to the Company will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

15. Subcontracting
The Company reserves the right to subcontract services to third parties.

16. Insurance
The Company recommends Clients arrange appropriate insurance for high-value items.

17. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from the transportation of their Goods.

18. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice given on its website.

19. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
